- Active Directory and Exchange Consolidation – Migrated 16 Active Directory Forests with separate Exchange Organizations for consolidation into one Active Directory Forest with 1 Exchange Organization. Also performed a Domain Rename on the consolidated Active Directory Forest.
- Citrix Virtual Desktop Implementation - Utilized Citrix XenApp, Citrix Provisioning Server, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix NetScaler with Access Gateway and VMware to provide a Virtual Desktop solution for off-shore Developers.
- Citrix NetScaler Implementation - Implemented two NetScalers in High Availability for a County Government. Utilized the Load Balancing, Caching and Compression features.
- Citrix Troubleshooting - Quickly and effectively troubleshot a Citrix XP environment with 60 Servers and over 1,100 concurrent users that were unable to logon. This was a critical issue as the environment was a large Hospital in the Bay area.
- Citrix Implementation – Implemented Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 with Citrix Access Gateway Enterprise in High Availability mode with a customer base of 1,200 users in a large financial institution.
- Citrix Analysis and Migration – Analyzed and Migrated a 1,500 Citrix 1.8 user seat to Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 for a large Hospital.
- Citrix EdgeSight – Utilized Citrix EdgeSight to determine the root cause of Citrix latency for a mid-sized company with 15 remote WAN connections. Determined the majority of the Citrix session latency was caused by Server back-end issues. This resulted in a significant savings as the company was prepared to upgrade their Remote WAN connection link bandwidths in order to resolve the issue.
- Citrix Password Manager – Implemented Citrix Password Manager 4.5 in a large Hospital including the Account-Lockout and Password Reset Self-Service features. Implementation included over 20 Web, Windows and Host based Application Definitions.
